OMG PaceCart 3 for Dispensing OlyBond Adhesives Helps Drive Rooftop Productivity with Up to 120 Squares per Hour

OMG’s PaceCart 3, the exclusive equipment for dispensing OlyBond500 Insulation Adhesives, can help enhance rooftop productivity with the capacity to dispense enough OlyBond500 to apply up to 120 squares of insulation per hour – twice as fast as before!

PaceCart 3s feature two highly-reliable and robust pumps specifically designed for use with high viscosity liquid such as OlyBond500, which has had a positive impact on the dispensing capacity. In addition, the PaceCart 3 includes several other features that help improve job-site productivity including an easy-to-use, ergonomically designed, manifold, which is easy to maintain and does not require greasing, so it simplifies start-up and shut-down procedures for additional time savings.

Other PaceCart 3 enhancements include a simplified electrical system with an easy-to-read voltage meter so contractors know when power is insufficient, color-coded adhesive trays to help prevent cross contamination of Part 1 and Part 2 components, and a built-in generator shelf for improved cord-free mobility on large projects (generator not included).
