Heavy Duty 6.3 mm Fastener
OMG Heavy Duty Roofing Fasteners (#14) are designed to secure insulation to steel (0.75 mm to 1.25 mm), wood and structural concrete decks. They can also be used to secure membrane to wood and concrete decks. Available in lengths from 30 mm to 610 mm.

Product Use
Steel & Wood Decks - The fastener must penetrate steel and wood decks a minimum of 20 mm (3/4-in).
Structural Concrete Decks - The fastener must penetrate structural concrete decks a minimum of 25 mm (1-in.).
Drive the fastener until a slight depression is seen around the plate, or with very rigid insulation boards, watch for the plate to dimple.
NOTE: Care must be taken not to overdrive the fastener causing subsequent damage to the insulation facer. The fastener must be tight enough so that the plate does not turn.
